We all have ideas about ourselves, some based on expectations of others OR limitations others have have displaced on us.
No child is born thinking they are inferior or superior to others. As they grow, they learn those ideas from the people surrounding them.
The good part is that just because someone gave us those ideas, we don’t need to keep them. They may or may not define who we are. They may have molded or shaped who we are. Or we may have seeked to be the opposite of those ideas.
Remember, in the end we DEFINE who we are.
Again, WHO ARE YOU?
How do you identify your essential qualities or meaning? How do you DEFINE yourself?! 💜
